PERSON OF THE YEAR

 for fb.jpg

                                  BY WILLIAM JUNEAU

Like much of the media, Time Magazine doesn't have the prestige and power  (or circulation) it had in bygone days.  So the announcement on the cover of the once famous flagship of Henry Luce, of the selection of the 2020 "Person of the Year,"  didn't have too many people writhing in feverish anticipation.

This December, it was the 78-year-old  President-elect Joe Biden, and his Vice President Kamala Harris as the honored "Persons of the Year."  In the judgment of the liberal Time's editors and writers, here was the twosome which exerted incredible "impact" on life and times in the USA during the turbulent 12 months of 2020.

Finding sense in the selection by Time editors is nearly impossible.  The 12-months of  2020 was the year of a pandemic which took the lives of 600,000 Americans and millions throughout the world. It was a year in which the President was impeached by a completely partisan House for make-believe misdeeds.  It was a year which saw increased racial tensions stemming from the death of a black man with a criminal past at the hands of a white police officer.  It was a presidential election which was loaded with fraud.

It was a year in which the former Obama-era Vice President and Time's honoree was linked to the seeming criminal activities of his son, Hunter, a cocaine addict, and to his brother James, in million, even billion dollar deals with Red China, Russia, Ukraine and Romania--all of which were evidenced by emails now in the hands of the FBI and under investigation. .

It was a year which will live forever in history books, but the impact that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are alleged to have provided in the judgment of the editors of Time magazine, is a fairy tale, which has its roots in Time's disdain of President Trump and his conservative approach to government.  The magazine is applauded by cohorts in the media which have abandoned all journalistic objectivity in its coverage of the Trump administration.

In this unforgettable year, who were the candidates for Time's chair of honor?   Extraordinary circumstances require extraordinary responses, but Time magazine failed to produce one, so let's ruminate a bit more.

In 2020 there were thousands of health care workers and first responders who put their lives on the line as they worked endless hours trying to save patients dying by the thousands of Covid-19. There were scientists, like Dr. Anthony Fauci and hundreds of doctors who worked day and night to understand this new plague and researchers who produced a viable vaccine in record time.

There were small business people faced with enforced slow downs and closings of their restaurants and bars and hair salons, who worked feverishly to adapt to new ways of doing business and to erect protective shields and outside tents to keep employees and customers safe--only to be shut down as the pandemic surged.

There was even the much maligned President Trump. He pushed  for the Warp Speed program to produce vaccines and the all out production of ventilators and urged a foot-dragging Congress to produce financial support for the unemployed and small business owners, even if he did fall down on wearing a mask and social distancing at all times..

And then there was the slow witted and aging Joe Biden, who spent six months in his basement, but still managed to win a deeply suspect election. And there was Kamala Harris, who once applauded the woman who accused her running mate of sexual assault.  Harris, whom the magazines lauded for her mixed heritage, also is remembered for denouncing her running mate as a racist who opposed desegregation policies, and who had allied himself with southern bigots in the Congress where he had served as a Delaware senator for nearly 40 years.

In my opinion, the 2020 election was all about love and hate.  Millions of Americans voted for President Trump's reelection because they loved him, unconditionally.  Slightly more Americans,  residing principally in New York and California, voted for Biden, simply because they despised  President Trump.  Personally, I doubt  that there were many citizens who voted for the slow-witted  Biden because they saw him as the preferred guiding hand for the nation.

Finding "impact" from the presence of Biden and Harris is poor journalism, but definitely in keeping with Time's "Never Trump" agenda. The choice of Biden and Harris was not only ludicrous, it was an insult to the thousands who truly deserved the recognition.

U.S. REP SWALWELL AND THE CHINESE SPY

for fb.jpg

                                              BY WILLIAM JUNEAU

After setting aside his bib overalls from his home town of Sac City, Iowa, Eric Swalwell  went to school and became a lawyer, journeyed to California and in 2011 was elected as a councilman in Dublin, in the Bay area. It was there that he met the  curvaceous, and charming young Chinese woman known as Christine Fang, or by her more mysterious and erotic name of "Fang Fang."

The Fang lady, who came to America in 2010 as a college student, ingratiated herself to the ambitious, 31-year- old Swalwell and she was his right hand as he ran successfully in 2012 for Congress from the 15th district, not far from the home district of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.  Reportedly, Fang Fang did the networking and helped with the fundraising in a race in which Swalwell replaced a veteran Democrat who had been in Congress for many  years.

Swalwell was married, and the Chinese lady, according to his description of her, was merely a networking specialist and glad hander, nothing more. The FBI has said that the woman was romantically assisting at least two city mayors, and the wholesome relationship which Democrat Swalwell  claimed with the charming Fang, has been viewed with deep suspicion by agents and by investigative journalists from the Axios Web site.

His first term in the People's house was followed by reelection in 2014, and the comely Fang, in published photos,  stood proudly alongside the grinning Congressman.

In 2015,  the congressman was appointed by his mentor Pelosi to a seat on the House Intelligence Committee, although his persona and analytical talents were never widely admired by his peers.  Members of that special committee are briefed regularly with highly classified information pertaining to the country and its relationship with nations around the world. Such information is not shared with peer congressmen or with most elected officials.  In short, only the committee knows what the President knows.

Useful to Speaker Pelosi, she lifted him from obscurity and gave him a seat on the Intelligence Committee and on the House Judiciary Committee.  He was her gopher, ready to do her wishes, although he lacked respect from Republicans and even some members of his own Democratic party.  Republicans regarded him as sort of a witless prevaricator who belonged back in Sac City, Iowa.

Axios, with its investigative staff, revealed in early December of this year that the FBI had discovered in 2015 that Swalwell's showcased Chinese aide was an assigned agent of Red Chinese government with a mission of endearing herself to America's up-and-coming politicians and was tasked with providing inside information to Communist superiors.

Swalwell was quietly dressed down by the FBI for his gullible submission to Fang, who had also arranged for a Chinese woman friend to be installed and to work as an intern in his congressional office. The five years of  Swalwell's Chinese "collusion" was unknown to journalists until Axios started digging.

In their expose which consumed a year of investigation, Axios reported that the congressman, now sitting as a member of the select Intelligence committee, pleaded ignorance to Fang's Red China connections, and averred that there was no "pillow talk" with her. His relationship with the shapely Fang, he said,  was purely platonic and professional.

Axios investigators said that the FBI sensed that their relationship ran much deeper.  It had confirmed that the fetching Fang Fang was having sexual  trysts with at least two, midwest city mayors. The congressman promised to be more careful of his associations, and Speaker Pelosi defended her protege's fealty, asserting that he knew nothing of Fang's mission in the USA.

After the election of President Trump in 2016, Swalwell was out front claiming that President Trump was disloyal to the country; had been whoring around with Russians and was seditious in his behavior.  Joined by Pelosi, they castigated the President for "colluding" with Russians and Swalwell denounced a Trump son for a meeting with a Russian citizen. He was a regular face on liberal TV stations pointing to the traitorous behavior of Trump and his allies

Responding to Axios, Congressman Swalwell said that he was unaware of Fang background and that she disappeared in 2015 and that he has not seen or heard from her or the intern for the better part of five years. President Trump was out to get me, and leaked information to Axios," said Swalwell. He acknowledged also that he and his wife were divorced in 2015 but that his relationship with Fang Fang was not a factor. He remarried Brittany Watts in in 2016.

Revelations of the alleged misconduct of Swalwell by associating for five years with a Chinese spy, has elicited demands that the Congressman resign or be removed as a member of the House Intelligence committee. A principal in making the demand is Republican Minority leader of the House, Rep. Kevin McCarthy,  who has charged that Swalwell had been "compromised," and can be blackmailed.  It proscribes his continuing as a member, he said.

McCarthy also lashed out at Speaker Pelosi who had appointed Swalwell to the important committee and retained him as a member knowing of his close association for five years with a Chinese spy.  McCarthy, a Republican,  is an elected congressman from California and a strong supporter and ally of President Trump.

Concerns of China interference in the United States have been voiced by John Radcliff, director of Intelligence in America.  The threat, he said, is "grave and very real."

The chairman of the Intelligencer Committee is Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff, also a California congressman.  With Pelosi's blessings, he has been the principal attack dog of the President over the past four years.  Schiff, Pelosi and Swalwell have repeatedly claimed that they have direct evidence that President Trump "colluded" with Russia, but their comments have been shown to be a wild assortment of lies. In 2019, following a 22-month investigation, a  special investigator concluded that President Trump had never colluded or conspired with Russia in any way.

In April of this year (2020) Swalwell announced that he was running for President.  His candidacy was suspended four months later after he appeared on the Democratic debate stage, and  his fumbling and obtuse proposals concerning gun control and new policies made supporters flee and induced him to withdraw.

Swalwell said that he intends to remain as a member of the Intelligence committee and Speaker Pelosi has said that the FBI never established any misconduct on the part of Swalwell and  that he will remain in that position.

Questioned by newsmen, Speaker Pelosi said that "I don't have any concerns about Mr. Swalwell."  After the 2015 FBI disclosures, the leaderships of the House and of the Intelligence and Judiciary Committees were informed. “When that was made known to members of Congress, it was over,” she asserted.

Nevertheless, Republicans and others complain that the manipulatable Swalwell has been "compromised" and is a security risk and does not belong on any select committee-- or in Congress.

THE PARDON OF GEN. FLYNN

for fb.jpg

                                                       BY WILLIAM JUNEAU

The sandbagging and humiliation which was accorded retired Army General Michael Flynn has finally come to an end. The staged production by Democrats and their tethered media puppets was a shameful episode, and it will be remembered in history books.

For the better part of four years, Flynn, 62, has been chased and harassed by the government which he served with distinction and dedication for 33 years.  He was accused of lying to FBI agents during a sneaky, back-door interview in January, 2017, after he was named National Security Adviser to President Trump whose election over Hillary Clinton had floored the liberal world, and triggered the birth of the "Angry Never Trumpers."

Gen. Flynn served as the NSA chief for only a brief three weeks. His termination came in mid February, 2017, after he was framed by FBI agents who accused him of lying in answer to their questions. With the obsequious media doing its bidding, the agents fostered an account for media consumption which castigated General Flynn for deceiving the righteous FBI. It  painted the general as as a tool of the Russians and a consort of the seditious President who had appointed him as his watchful eye and adviser on foreign matters and decisions.

On November 21, President Trump tweeted  that it was his great honor to announce that he was granting a full pardon to General Flynn and was wiping the slate clean for all time of the fabricated charges that the retired  three star officer had lied about his conversation with a Russian ambassador and committed a felony.   "Gen. Flynn," said Trump, "is a good man and was treated very badly by angry Democrats, and lying federal agents; and by the biased and bullying media.  The President wished Gen. Flynn and his family the best.

As a career soldier, Flynn played key roles in shaping America's counterterrorism strategy and in dismantling insurgent networks during the combat of the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. He was a recipient of a Bronze star for meritorious service and of an assortment of other medals and awards.  Also, he had achieved the respected status of master  paratrooper and was a graduate of the army's tough Ranger school.  Coupled with the aforementioned credentials, his patriotism, ability and, respect from peer officers led him to prominence and in 2012 President Obama appointed him as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Although General Flynn was a professed Democrat and had been reared in a strong, Irish Catholic home and had eight brothers and sisters, he was an independent thinker and often spoke critically of the appeasement polices of President Obama.  He often lashed out at the threat which radical Islam posed for the world in its quest to bring about a global caliphate.  He disregarded the Obama declaration that the term "Islamic Radicals" was never to be used.  In 2014,  Flynn resigned from his post and retired from the army, but reportedly, he was actually fired by Obama as Defense Intelligence chief for insubordination.

In 2015, harboring an acidic taste for Obama and his administration, and an equally low regard for the prevaricating Hillary Clinton in her fumbling role as Secretary of State, Flynn became an adviser to candidate Trump and even at one point led a Trump rally in cheers of "Lock Her Up."

The new President admired the expertise of the "America First"  General, and his unabashed energy and conservative values, and following his surprise election over Clinton in 2016,  appointed Gen. Flynn as his National Security Adviser.  The post did not require the consent of Congress, as did most other security and cabinet posts, and Democrats were muted in any formal attack on the general---which they saved for later.

Trump revealed that in transition conferences with Obama, the outgoing President warned Trump against appointing Flynn as he was a trouble maker and could not be trusted.  That negative evaluation probably motivated the new President to make him his NSA chief, relying upon his own judgment of the General and the anti military mindset of the Obama crowd.

Flynn remained a problem to Democrats because he was privy to the internal machinations of Obama with  intelligence matters and with the nation's relationships with foreign friends and adversaries.  As they say, Gen. Flynn knew fairly well "where all the bodies were buried."

And as such, he became a key target as a part of the FBI's "Crossfire Hurricane," investigation which was busy with participants making up stories and leaking them to the malleable press revealing how President Trump was a handmaiden of Vladimir Putin.

As a means of taking down General Flynn, FBI Director James Comey assigned two "get Trump" agents to interview Flynn and "get him to lie," as a means of getting him fired, and prosecuted.  Use the "Logan Act," suggested Vice President Joe Biden, who sat in on conferences focusing upon ways to dismantle Gen. Flynn.

Despite some undercurrent among agents that the FBI was "playing games" as a means of making the case that the President was "Putin's Pawn," Flynn was sandbagged and accused of lying.  He resigned as the NSA in mid-February, 2017, and for the next four years has fought the matter and had even entered a guilty plea after agents threatened to prosecute his son unless he admitted the make-believe crime.

After retaining new attorneys,  Flynn withdrew his plea of guilty, and the justice department headed by Atty. Gen.  William Barr announced that it was dismissing all prosecution of Flynn since he had been framed by the FBI which was sucking up to Democrats who were continuing in efforts to destroy the nation's duly elected 45th President.

Federal Judge Emmett Sullivan declined to dismiss the Flynn litigation. Flynn, joined by the Attorney General, appealed the matter to the  Court of Appeals. Aware that the appellate process could take months, even years, the Flynn lawyers and the Attorney General were confident that the eventual ruling would be in Flynn's favor.  In view of that time element, President Trump declined to wait for a court ruling, and instead announced the immediate pardon, exercising his constitutional right to grant pardons as he sees fit to do.

Flynn and his family were grateful to have the prosecution terminated by President Trump who has regularly lambasted the Democrat perpetrators in the FBI and the "fake news" media as a lying and disgraceful bunch. Reportedly, the litigation and pressure on Gen. Flynn has pushed the family to the brink of bankruptcy and had forced them to sell their home to meet the costs of hiring lawyers and fighting charges against them.

A grateful Gen. Flynn responded to the President's pardon by posting a verse from the bible's book of Jeremiah.  It read:

"And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the Lord, to deliver thee."

ITS NOT OVER, SAYS GIULIANI

 for fb.jpg

                                                     BY WILLIAM JUNEAU

As of today, it has been three weeks since the November 3 election.  Is it over?  Is Joe Biden America's 46th president?  In 2000, the controversy over the election consumed 37 days and concluded with a decision by the U.S. Supreme Court. President Trump and his attorney, Rudy Giuliani, aver that the challenge continues and there will be no concession.

Evidence of fraudulent voting  needs to be closely scrutinized by the courts, and full results on the table will show that Americans have reelected Donald Trump, Giuliani said. The media may have pronounced Joe Biden as "President-elect," but fortunately, said Giuliani, the news rooms do not select the next President.  That determination will be made by the voters.

In a recent news conference, Giuliani called attention to a plethora of fraudulent voting evidence  extending from dead and unregistered persons casting ballots, to thousands of ballots marked for Trump found in boxes and garbage cans.  There are mounting questions as to the legitimacy of ballots arriving late at the precincts, and whether state courts violated laws, maybe even the constitution, in extending voting times in contradiction to existing state laws. Also, said Giuliani, "we have hundreds of affidavits from election workers attesting to dishonesty in the polling places."

In key states, regulations mandating plain view counting procedures for all poll watchers was denied for Republicans.  Questions concerning the matching of signatures are an all encompassing and long standing concern.

A former federal prosecutor, Sidney Powell, acting independently of the formal Trump legal team, has said that she has found evidence of the use of an algorithm employed as a means of flipping Trump votes to Biden. This software tool was used to shift millions of votes away from President Trump and other Republican candidates to Joe Biden and other Democratic candidates.  "We are preparing our lawsuit and it will be filed soon.  It will be epic," she said.

Powell has said also that some 490,000 ballots have been found in battleground states which remarkably contain only a vote for Biden--the ballot is otherwise clean. The fact that this  occurred challenges credulity, she noted. If Powell's findings hold up, it would not bode well for the Biden candidacy.  In fact, if true and provable, it could be "game over" for Biden

Democrats and the main street media, an arm of their political party, continue to mock Giuliani and Powell and their declarations that the balloting was rife with fraud. Giuliani is called nutty, and soft and un-American with claims that he and the President are simply dreaming. The  media acts as though they know for certain that Joe Biden was elected as the nation's 46th president, and have only insulting comments for Giuliani, once known nationally,  and even  internationally, as "America's Mayor."

I have never met Rudy Giuliani, but the past tells me that he is no fool and knows what he is doing.  I have only read about him and nowadays I hear his name almost daily as he functions as the lead attorney for President Trump's legal team challenging the process and determinations. But for sure, Giuliani is a battle-tested and tough minded warrior, and has always come down on the side of law and order, despite the odds.

Giuliani has said that the election was a "massive fraud" and that the office of President is being stolen from Donald Trump and from the 74 million Americans who voted for him.  "We'll prove it in court," Giuliani has said

                           So who is Rudy Giuliani?

Rudolph William Louis Giuliani, 76, is a former two-term mayor of New York, the nation's largest city with eight million-plus residents.  At one time, Mayor Rudy was respected by the media and revered by citizens in that city and throughout much of the country as he brought safety to New York's crime-ridden streets. It was also Giuliani who, as a U.S. Attorney for six years from the southern district of the state,  presided over a decimation of mob influence in the Big Apple, and New Yorkers loved him and looked to him as an urban savior and millions wanted him as the nation's next President.

We do not know what the courts will do with this election and the evidence of an alleged huge fraud, the likes of which America has never seen.  Nor has America ever seen an election where so many mail-in ballots were used, thanks to the pandemic.   For months the President had warned against the use of mail-in ballots that were sent out recklessly and provided no real control on who would vote and no system of guaranteeing the legitimacy of the vote.

The election follows the four year term of  President Trump during which he was torpedoed on an almost daily basis for alleged wrong doing. There was the Russian "collusion" investigation, and that was pure fabrication. After "collusion" came the Ukraine impeachment which was nonsense arranged by a completely partisan House of Representatives and applauded by lying journalists.

As if such coordinated attacks by his enemies were not enough, most of the high points of his administration--a bustling economy, low unemployment, the winding down of Mideast wars and improved trade relations--were shattered by a brutal foreign-born pandemic that has killed hundreds of thousands of Americans and thrown thousands out of work and shuttered schools. Even though the rest of the world has suffered a similar fate, Trump gets  the blame here for not making it disappear.

President Trump insists the unfair treatment he has received from election officials is just one more attack mounted by Democrats and the media.

He swears he will never concede and that the election will end up in the hands of the Supreme Court. He is also hinting that if the worst happens and he is driven out of office unfairly, he will be back in 2024.

DOUBLE TALKING ANDREW MCCABE

for fb.jpg

                                                     BY WILLIAM JUNEAU

The U.S. Senate's Judiciary Committee is continuing its investigation into the origins of the FBI's "Crossfire Hurricane" investigation of Donald Trump--as a candidate and then as the nation's 45th President.

Recently it took testimony from its fourth witness, Andrew McCabe, 51, former deputy and acting director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the force behind Crossfire's  "Get Trump" investigation, which was based entirely on lies and manufactured evidence exposed in a detailed report by an Inspector General.

The 12 Republican senators on the 22 member committee chaired by South Carolina's Lindsey Graham, believe that McCabe, a 21-year employee of the Bureau, who was fired in March of 2018 for lying, took his political marching orders from 2016  presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Reportedly, Clinton forces had donated more than a half-million dollars to McCabe's wife, Jill, a physician, who had run unsuccessfully for the Virginia senate in 2015. The veteran G-man was grateful for the extraordinarily large donation for his wife seeking a state legislative office, and it was thank-you time.

In past weeks and months, the Judiciary Committee has taken testimony from former FBI Director James Comey, and acting Attorney General Ron Rosenstein.  Sally Yates, a former deputy Attorney General and a well-known Donald Trump hater, also has testified.  Each acknowledged, with hesitation and a red face, that the "collusion" investigation of President Trump which cost taxpayers $40 million was unwarranted and unjustified.  Yates even excoriated Comey as having gone "rogue" in his duties as director of the world-famous police agency.

Comey was fired from the FBI in May, 2017, for what President Trump called "lying, and leaking classified documents; and for incompetence."  The ill-tempered Yates was fired by President Trump for insubordination shortly after he was sworn in as President.

While serving as Acting Attorney General, Rosenstein had ordered the "collusion" investigation and  under oath told the committee that the investigation was a mistake and that he regretted his actions. Rosenstein has resigned from the FBI.

McCabe was fired from the FBI for lying to federal agents, but has not yet been prosecuted.  Seventeen months after his termination, McCabe was hired by CNN as a contributing pundit on political events, allowing him to stand tall alongside media colleagues castigating the President.

At the virtual-style hearing, McCabe said that the FBI commenced its "Crossfire Hurricane" investigation of President Trump in July, of 2016, with reports of his alleged friendly relations with Russia, seeking aid in his political battle with Clinton for the presidency.

Chairman Graham noted that recently it has been revealed that Hillary Clinton was working to link candidate Trump to the Russians as a way of diverting attention from her own email problems.  The FBI was notified of this in a letter from CIA Director John Brennan on September 7, 2016.  It was an investigative lead from Brennan who also briefed President Obama on the Clinton plan.  The CIA actually learned of Clinton's machinations to throttle Trump from Russian intelligence, Sen. Graham said.

"So, the question is," said Graham to the ex-FBI deputy chief, "did the FBI investigate the allegations against Clinton like they did Trump?  If not, why not?

The question had the bespectacled McCabe twitching a bit, and his answer was that the information of Hillary Clinton's plan to make her opponent into a Russian pawn, was in so many words never investigated. " I have read that memorandum," said McCabe, " and I don’t understand it to be a request for investigative activity.  I’m not aware that any agents were assigned to investigate the information."

Continuing the Crossfire probe of the president, the FBI, with McCabe and Comey riding in front, obtained warrants from the super-secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) for spying purposes. As evidence in support of its petition, the FBI used a dossier prepared and paid for by the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton to persuade the court that there was sedition afoot in the Trump campaign. The dossier purported that Trump had whored around Russia while consorting with Russian officials. It was all manufactured baloney, but the FISA judges bought into it from the disingenuous FBI.

As the second in command at the FBI, McCabe and Comey had signed onto the phony evidence presented to FISA. The four applications for the FISA warrants contained about two dozen errors and omissions, and McCabe was grilled by senators on the deception. In response, McCabe said:

"We opened a case to find out how the Russians might be undermining our elections," he said. "We opened a case because it was our obligation, our duty to do so. We did our job."  Had he known of the inaccuracies and the omissions in the FISA court applications, he said that he would not have signed off on it.

"Who should be held responsible for the misbehavior of the FBI as outlined by the Inspector General, asked  Louisiana Sen. John Neely Kennedy. McCabe responded that one FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, has admitted to altering documents and he is being prosecuted. But for him, said McCabe,  there was no other "intentional misconduct" that I know of.

“I think we are all responsible for the work that went into the FISA, applications,” McCabe told the committee. When asked if he misled the court, McCabe said that he “signed a package” that contained errors or omitted information that should have been included...and that any error with the exception of Mr. Clinesmith's was "unintentional misconduct"

Why were you fired from the FBI," asked Kennedy.  It was for lying, wasn't it...it was not for parking in a handicapped spot," he continued.  McCabe argued that his termination was the consequence of a "flawed" investigative report from Inspector General Michael Horowitz, and that he (McCabe)  is challenging his dismissal in a lawsuit now pending in federal district court.

In May of 2017, with the Crossfire Investigation underway, and aware of the desires of Mrs. Clinton to denigrate the President as a Russian pawn, the Congress appointed a special investigator to investigate the President for "colluding" with Russia.  That investigation went on for 22 months at a cost of $40 million, and concluded with a finding that the president had not colluded in any way with Russia.

In closing his interrogation of McCabe, Sen Kennedy asked the witness if he was aware of the harm which he and Director Comey had caused to the reputation of the FBI.  What do citizens think when they learn of the disingenuous conduct of the world's foremost police agency, he said.  What do people think when they are interviewed by an agent of the FBI?  Do they worry that they will be guilty of something if their political affiliation differs from that of the FBI agent?

What is a citizen to think, said Kennedy, when you, an FBI chief, lied in answer to questions and was not prosecuted; and  others of a different political persuasion like Gen. Michael Flynn are accused of lying and are prosecuted for doing so?

When I hear your testimony, said Kennedy, I have to wonder how you ever "made it through the birth canal."

Chairman Graham said that the Judiciary Committee will continue until the entire story of the attack on President Trump is revealed, and "I hope that those responsible will be held accountable."

Future witnesses, said Graham, will include  former CIA director John Brennan and the former Director of Intelligence, James Clapper.

THE CASE FOR TRUMP

for fb.jpg

                                   BY WILLIAM JUNEAU

"There has been a massive and coordinated effort to steal this election from we the people of the United States of America, to delegitimize and destroy votes for Donald Trump, and  to manufacture votes for Joe Biden."

That was a recent message from Sidney Powell, a former federal prosecutor and a key member of President Trump's legal team, in an interview with Marie Bartiromo of Fox News.  Senators Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Ted Cruz of Texas and other attorneys, scholars and observers endorsed Powell's  assessment without reservation.

There is significant evidence in support of this, Powell said, and eventually we believe that accurate results of the election will become apparent and that President Trump will continue in that office, winner of his reelection bid on Nov. 3. "Trump is and remains the President and is in charge of the country."

"We’ve identified at least 450,000 ballots in the key states that miraculously only have a mark for Joe Biden on them and for no other candidate" said Powell.  These ballots clearly call into question the legitimacy of the mail-in debacle and the courts are being asked to declare the ballots as fraudulent.  Main street Media anchors who take their orders from the DNC continue to characterize this and other evidence as "baseless."

The 450,000 paper ballots contain a mark for only one candidate--Joe Biden.  That is beyond being an accident on the part of a forgetful or rushed voter when it happens 450,000 times. The courts are being asked to throw out the ballots.  Very likely, the case may well wind up in the Supreme Court.

Powell said the ballots with a single mark for Joe Biden and no other candidate include the following:  Georgia, 80,000 to 90,000;  Pennsylvania, 98,000; Arizona, 42,000; Michigan, 69,000 to 115,0000; and Wisconsin, 62,000. The court will be asked to recognize the absurdity of these ballots voted in this way.  She added that she believed that senatorial candidates Doug Collins of Georgia and John Jennings of Michigan also were defeated as a result of   ballot manipulations concocted to help Joe Biden.

Numbers are always changing and hundreds of thousands of votes have not yet been tabulated, but one recent report showed Biden leads --- Pennsylvania, 45,724; Georgia, 10,353; Arizona, 16,985; Michigan, 146,123; and Wisconsin, 20,540. When the counts are concluded, and there are recounts,  court pronouncements will be coming.

On top of this, said Powell, our experts have identified computer fraud and the Trump team wants an examination of the machines.  The Trump haters also used an algorithm to calculate the votes they would need to flip, and they used computers to flip those votes from Trump to Biden, and from other Republican candidates to their competitors also, Powell asserted.

There is also significant evidence of ballots being cast in the names of dead persons, Powell said. In some cases, it's alleged, dead persons were registered on election day and then  allowed to cast a vote.

\                       .       They had this all planned,” Powell said. “They had the algorithms. They had the paper ballots waiting to be inserted if and when needed. And notably, when President Trump’s vote in the blue states went up enormously, that’s when they had to stop the vote count. They had to go in and replace votes for Biden and take away Trump votes.”

Lawsuits have been filed and will be filed and this outrageous fraud will become apparent to everyone, President Trump's lawyers have said.  The integrity of America's elections is at stake.  Trump personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, a former New York mayor, has said that lawsuits have been filed containing allegations of election cheating and manipulation in 10 states.

Lindsey Graham, South Carolina senator who won reelection in a landslide despite democrats spending $100 million to take him down, said that President Trump should keep fighting.  "There were a lot of shenanigans' going on," he quipped.

Sen. Cruz, a constitutional expert and former solicitor general for Texas, has said that "big news rooms in New York do not get to decide who won the election--that is up to the voters." Without doubt, he said, certain issues are headed for rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court.

But the ballot fabrications and use of algorithms to flip votes from Trump to Biden is not the only evidence of cheating on behalf of Biden.  Lawyers for Trump have obtained affidavits from postal workers asserting that they received orders to "backdate" ballots to allow counting designed to help Biden.  In some cases, laws enacted by state legislatures were ignored, allowing for late voting as a means of assisting Biden's candidacy.

Attorney General William Barr also has weighed in on the alleged voting irregularities, and has ordered an investigation by the Department of Justice.  In 2000, in the Bush-Gore election, the determination as to a winner consumed 35 days.  In that controversy, results in only the state of Florida were being contested

Seventy-two million Americans who voted for President Trump's reelection will find that their votes may not have been in vain.  As the old saying goes, it isn't over until its over.  The final melody will be played by the nation's highest court, and not staged by the disingenuous voice of the media, which has abandoned all honesty and journalistic integrity, and has become an arm  of the Democratic party.
