SEN. GRAHAM ISN'T FORGETTING

                                   BY FLORIDA BILL

Tucked aside and seen as an also-ran next to the all-encompassing news of the pandemic sweeping the nation, is the unfolding story of how President Trump has been  falsely attacked for years by a ruthless and disingenuous crowd of liberals, hell bent on bringing him down.
At long last, the key conspirator in the "get Trump" crowd, former Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein,  has acknowledged under oath that the investigation of President Trump for "colluding" with Russian agents was baseless, without justification, and never should have happened.
So, President Trump was right all along.  The Mueller investigation was a "witch hunt," and a "hoax," all taken from the Democratic playbook drafted to destroy the nation's duly-elected  President, labeled by Speaker Pelosi as an "impostor."                                         Misuse of the court system with the aid of high level FBI agents and a misguided and dishonest media, which has abandoned all efforts at objectivity and fairness, were the techniques and instruments used to push President Trump from office.  It did not work, and Trump is now on course to win a second four year term, despite a whole lot of negative, tailor-made surveys.
You might think that the Democrats would apologize for their dishonorable conduct, but, that's never going to happen, since their hate for the President knows no bounds.  The lifting of the curtain of deceit did not even draw a red face from the progressive gang or from the disingenuous media which cheered Democrats on with every big and little fib.
Coverage of the revelation of the "hoax" investigation, was virtually ignored by New York Times and the Washington Post, which control media coverage throughout the nation.  Jointly, the Times and the Post shared in a fraudulent Pulitzer prize for their great reporting on how Trump colluded with his friends in Russia as America suffered from his sedition. All fabricated news stories. The Pulitzer is regarded as journalism's most prestigious award and giving it to the Times and the Post was shameful and the 18 members on the Pulitzer board ought to acknowledge their misconduct and resign.
Rod Rosenstein's confession of malfeasance came in testimony before the Senate's Judiciary Committee a few weeks ago.
In May, 2017, he was the Acting Attorney General, and he gave the go-ahead to the investigation of Trump's alleged "colluding" with Russia and he appointed his friend and former colleague, Robert Mueller, as special prosecutor.
That bogus  investigation  consumed the next 24 months and ran up costs of $33 million taxpayer dollars. But then, who's counting, certainly not Mueller and his associates.
Mueller appointed 18 lawyers to assist him and when it was all over, Mueller and each lawyer had  payday checks reported to be between $500,000 and one million dollars. The 400-page Mueller report vindicated Trump completely of all wrongdoing, and as Rosenstein testified, "should never have happened," since Trump's guiltlessness was well known to these special gumshoes before the investigation was commenced.                                                    An investigation into the chicanery, lies  and double dealings perpetrated by Democrats is just beginning, said Lindsey Graham, veteran South Carolina senator and chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
Sen.Graham has vowed that he would "get to the bottom" of the attack on the nation's 45th President, and he is keeping his word.    After hearing testimony from Rosenstein, the judiciary committee approved some 40 subpoenas for additional testimony.
Among those being subpoenaed are  former FBI Director James Comey and  Comey's deputy Andrew McCabe, both of whom have been fired from the FBI.  Also being called are  James Clapper, former National Director of Intelligence and John Brennan, former CIA director. Presidential aspirant Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, may well be on the Graham list as potential witnesses.  Robert Mueller, who ran the "collusion" field trip, is also expected to be called as a witness, Graham has said.
                               .
Along with the investigation by Graham and his Judiciary committee, the United States Attorney for Connecticut, John H. Durham, is reportedly winding up his criminal investigation into the origins of the Russian investigation and the attempts to sabotage Trump and his presidency.                                                                                 Durham has a well deserved reputation as a bulldog investigator and criminal prosecutor, and is highly regarded by Attorney General Barr and other lawyers.  His concluding report, along with anticipated criminal indictments, is expected to be released before the end of  the summer.
